PACKAGE "A" HUNT
is at
LAKE GUERRERO .
On
both of these packages you will hunt Quail
over pointing dogs and pushing brush a.m. and Doves p.m. This allows
the Quail to rest and feed in the afternoon so you can have a great hunt.
We also NEVER shoot the whole Covey. There are plenty of Coveys and we
move on to the next
Covey when the GUIDES feel your group has taken enough
out of a Covey.
Do not worry you will have plenty of shooting. Eight hunters maximum at this lodge.
PACKAGE "B" HUNT is at
Soto La
Marina . This lodge maintains a 24 dog kennel of Setters and
English Pointers.
Hunt schedule is still Quail a.m. and Dove p.m.
Sixteen hunters maximum at this lodge

bird SHOOT, these are WILD BIRDS. Be prepared to walk!

HUNT " B "
Combo Hunt and Bass Fishing on Lake Amistad, Guides,, Lodging
and meals, 2 Day package at $1400.00 per person. Min. 4 persons.
Note: If you do not have 4 persons we will book you
with 2 others,
schedule permitting. Bobwhite and Blue Quail, Bag limit 15 per day
possession 45.

The Scaled Quail, Callipepla squamata, or "Blue" quail, as it is
known by most south
Texas hunters, is a
tough customer when it comes to running
very rapidly through almost
impenetrable brush. Yes,
I said "running" because
that is what he does best and due to that
characteristic it is a quite different
matter to hunt these birds as opposed to the "gentlemanly" Bob White Quail that
will hold and then flush on command.
This is not a pen raised
bird shoot, this
is a hunt, be prepared to Walk!
