The Mexico Lodges that Provost Adventures has personally inspected and chosen are located
app. 3  hours from Harlingen, Texas in the lush grain and Milo fields that are the financial backbone
of the Lake Guerrero irrigation project.

With 3 Lodges  to choose from on Lake Guerrero plus others located near Abosolo,
Soto La Marina, San Fernando and Jimenez areas.  With over 25 years of experience sending
hunters and fishermen in and out of Mexico,  Provost Mexico Adventures offers you many different
Hunting and Fishing locations to choose from . We include all necessary fees in our package with
NO hidden charges such as transportation, visa, license fees, gun rental fees etc.. 

By booking your Mexico Hunt  with Provost Adventures you have the advantage of  several
locations to choose from.   Our Hunters will be sent to the lodge where Provost Adventures
feels the largest concentration of birds will be at the time of your hunt date.  Some areas are
better than others at times because of agricultural  practices .   Food at all Lodges is Five star
and served in a home style atmosphere and will satisfy the appetites  of our hungry Hunters.

Travel Schedule:
All hunters will meet and will be picked up at the Harlingen, Texas airport . The transportation
vehicles taking you to the Lodge are air conditioned, Clean and comfortable and will be loaded
with clients and will leave the Airport  at Noon !   It is imperative that you arrive at the airport with
ample time to have your hunting gear loaded and ready to leave the airport going to the 
Mexico Lodge by 12:00 Noon.

You will have a  2 1/ 2 - 3 hour trip to the camp.  In the van will be cold soft drinks, water and other
refreshments for the trip.    When you arrive at the camp you will be greeted by the camp manager. 
You will  then be given a brief meeting on safety given some safety tips, hunting instructions and
then you will select a gun for your hunt.

If your hunting trip does not start until  the next morning you will have a leisure-filled evening just
relaxing together with your group.

 If you are hunting that afternoon you will be instructed of  the time of departure to fields allowing
 you  time to  prepare your gear. 

Upon departure to the fields everyone loads up in the van.  Your gun, personal bird boy ,shells,
hunting stool / chair and refreshments will be waiting for your arrival at the hunting fields.

At end of the hunt  the guides and bird boys will load your hunting gear in the van and will bring
you back  to the Lodge.  After Each Hunting Outing and before you enter the van be sure to
 tip your  bird boy and leave all of your hunting gear with him.  Everything will all be taken care of
by the staff.  Awaiting you upon return is a swimming pool , hors-d'oeuveres' Open Bar and a
delicious dinner.
 

THE HUNT BEGINS -
The first day starts with a wake-up call at approximately 5:30 a.m. for coffee and a  hearty
breakfast. Shortly after breakfast we will depart for the morning hunt!  Return for Lunch and Relax.

We have Scouts out every day trying to locate the largest concentration of birds.
The birds are constantly moving and we have to go where they are located.


DEPARTURE DATE.....

On your departure day you will  PAY your shell bill and TIPS to lodge staff before departure.

Your departure flight time MUST be scheduled for  4:00 p.m. or later - Absolutely no early
departures unless prior  PAID arrangements have been made! 
We WILL NOT be held responsible for missed or delayed flights.

Your driver will have refreshments in the vehicle for your return trip.  If you are taking any  birds
home your driver  will assist you at  the US border and deliver you to Harlingen airport . 

By the way all paperwork is done for you by Lodge staff before departure. Everything is taken
care of in the  proper manner so that you can enjoy the trip with "No Surprises."

... A tip to the driver would be appreciated.
 

Flight Schedules:
All trips are planned for you on day # 1 to arrive Harlingen ,Texas airport  before Noon
to load transportation vehicles that will be leaving the airport at 12:00 Noon going into
Mexico! On your departure date you must schedule your departure flight AFTER 4:00 p.m.
the transportation vehicles will not leave the lodge going to the airport until Noon.

Balance is due in our office 60 days prior to Hunt date.
Any Hunt booked less than 60 days from Hunt date requires 100% payment
